Update: This was all caused by a problematic print driver. Beside English and German this ULP also supports Russian language. Uninstalled and reinstalled as admin multiple times After initial export of P-CAD / Altium and Protel boards and schematics to ACCEL ASCII format (also kown as TangoPRO ASCII or P-CAD ASCII ) you can import your designsherewith into EAGLE. 18's program data folders have all the permissions that should be necessary for the program to operate. In both cases, 17 is running at user-level, not as admin.

The export to Altium function is now in beta, Please check carefully after. 17 can also save project files to the same locations as 18 without issue. EasyEDA supports exporting the schematics and PCB in Altium Designer format. The same project files can be opened in 17 without issue. for my opinion about Orcad PCB Designer Professional as an Altium Designer. Both have "faulting modules" listed as msvcrt.dll Altium designer 18 is an all in one pcb design platform featuring powerful. Both appear as "has stopped working" errors, but I got these error codes from Event Viewer logs of the crashes. Opening project file gives 0xc000005 (access denied) error.
